Katherine Taromina

Katherine Taromina (DACM, MSTOM, LAc) is the Academic Dean and faculty at the Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine (SIEAM).  She has been in clinical practice since 1998, practicing in both private practice and hospital-based settings.   As a clinical researcher, she has an interest in the conduct of clinical trials that will expand patient access to East Asian Medicine.  She is the institutional Principal Investigator for SEAttle-based Research of Chinese Herbs for COVID-19 (SEARCH COVID-19) to describe Chinese Herbal Medicine Telehealth Care: An Observational, Longitudinal, Pragmatic Cohort Study (NCT04380870).
